Life asks a lot of women. Balancing responsibilities, caring for others, and meeting expectations can leave little room to slow down and ask yourself what you actually need.
Over time, it can become easy to lose sight of yourself. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, uncertain about what comes next — or simply recognize that the way things have been is no longer working.
Counseling offers a place to step out of the constant demands of everyday life and create space for yourself — to better understand what you're experiencing, reconnect with what matters most to you, and begin making meaningful changes in your daily life.
Whether you're navigating a major transition or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, counseling can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and begin finding your way forward.
Life doesn't always fall into neat categories — and neither does what you're carrying. You might see yourself in one of these areas, or several at once. That's okay.
Constant worry, overwhelm, that low-level hum of tension that never quite turns off. We'll work to understand where it's coming from and develop tools that actually help.
Feeling flat, disconnected, or like you've lost interest in things that used to matter. We'll gently explore what's underneath and identify small steps that may help you begin feeling more like yourself again.
Career changes, becoming a mom, children leaving home, divorce, retirement — any season that asks you to redefine who you are and what you want.
Whether you're grieving a person, a relationship, a chapter of your life, or a version of yourself — grief deserves real space, not a timeline.
Communication patterns, boundaries, conflict, or the exhaustion of over-giving — in marriages, friendships, and family relationships.
Questions about who you are beneath the roles you play. Especially common in seasons of change — and especially worth sitting with.
Pregnancy and new motherhood can bring significant emotional changes alongside the physical ones. Counseling can provide space for postpartum anxiety or depression, changing roles and relationships, and the identity shift that can come with becoming a mother.
Feeling stretched thin from caring for others, managing responsibilities, navigating the demands of life as a first responder spouse or partner, or carrying more than feels sustainable. Counseling can offer space to recognize what you need, explore boundaries, and find more sustainable ways forward.

WayfindHer Counseling is a private-pay practice. Before beginning services, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your counseling services.

It is based on the information available at the time it is prepared and is not a contract or guarantee of the total cost of treatment. Because counseling is individualized, the number of sessions needed may change over time.
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges as provided under federal law.
